Across TCGA cell cohorts, LARGE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,681 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARGE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Regulation of glycogen metabolic process. Each is linked with LARGE1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARGE1-to-partner and partner-to-LARGE1 results are reported.
