LAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,587 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA7, UBE2L6, and PSMB10. Each is linked with LAP3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAP3-to-partner and partner-to-LAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAP3 versus UBA7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
