LAP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,180 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOBEC3H, ETV7, and IL2RB. Each is linked with LAP3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAP3-to-partner and partner-to-LAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAP3 versus APOBEC3H in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
