LAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,739 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR1, PI4K2B, and SLAIN2. Each is linked with LAP3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAP3-to-partner and partner-to-LAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAP3 versus WDR1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
