LANCL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LANCL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,577 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LANCL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS6KA3, SYNPO_S263, and TP53BP1_S265. Each is linked with LANCL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LANCL3-to-partner and partner-to-LANCL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LANCL3 versus RPS6KA3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LANCL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LANCL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
