LANCL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LANCL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 784 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LANCL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPX, N4BP2L1, and GPIHBP1. Each is linked with LANCL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LANCL3-to-partner and partner-to-LANCL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LANCL3 versus SRPX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LANCL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LANCL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
