LANCL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LANCL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,392 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LANCL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, UBE2J1, and PTPRC. Each is linked with LANCL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LANCL2-to-partner and partner-to-LANCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LANCL2 versus GTF2I in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LANCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LANCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
