LANCL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LANCL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,205 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LANCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS17, EGFR, and NIPSNAP2. Each is linked with LANCL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LANCL2-to-partner and partner-to-LANCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LANCL2 versus MRPS17 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LANCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LANCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
