LANCL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LANCL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LANCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Src_pY416, and C-Raf. Each is linked with LANCL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LANCL2-to-partner and partner-to-LANCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by LANCL2-low versus LANCL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LANCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LANCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
