Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LAMTOR5-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LAMTOR5-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher LAMTOR5-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LAMTOR5-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and READ show a favorable association.

UCS, ACC, and KICH are the cancer types where LAMTOR5-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
