Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LAMTOR4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LAMTOR4 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LAMTOR4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LAMTOR4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and LSCC show a favorable association.
LUAD, OV, and GBM are the cancer types where LAMTOR4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
