Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMTOR3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,316 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMTOR3P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA metabolic process, tRNA processing, and Methylation. Each is linked with LAMTOR3P1 in more than 11 cancer types.
