LAMTOR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMTOR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMTOR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMC4, DEFB108F, and MIR188. Each is linked with LAMTOR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMTOR3-to-partner and partner-to-LAMTOR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CMC4 grouped by LAMTOR3-low versus LAMTOR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMTOR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMTOR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
