Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMTOR2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMTOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Platelets. Each is linked with LAMTOR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMTOR2-to-partner and partner-to-LAMTOR2 results are reported.
