LAMP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,272 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ISLR, LAMP5-AS1, and PDGFRA. Each is linked with LAMP5 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMP5-to-partner and partner-to-LAMP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAMP5 versus ISLR in BLCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
