LAMP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,943 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, RSU1, and ISLR. Each is linked with LAMP5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMP5-to-partner and partner-to-LAMP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAMP5 versus PRKG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
