LAMP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SF2, Cyclin-B1, and GATA3. Each is linked with LAMP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMP5-to-partner and partner-to-LAMP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SF2 grouped by LAMP5-low versus LAMP5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
