The most reproducible LAMP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with LAMP5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMP5-to-partner and partner-to-LAMP5 results are reported.
