Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,587 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to vacuole involved in autophagy, Protein targeting to lysosome involved in chaperone-mediated autophagy, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with LAMP2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMP2-to-partner and partner-to-LAMP2 results are reported.
