LAMC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,687 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBN1, MYOF, and TNKS1BP1. Each is linked with LAMC2 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMC2-to-partner and partner-to-LAMC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAMC2 versus FBN1 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
