LAMC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,769 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P31, HK2, and GFI1. Each is linked with LAMC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMC2-to-partner and partner-to-LAMC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P31 grouped by LAMC2-low versus LAMC2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
