LAMC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAMC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 859 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXW10, NR2E3, and MED23. Each is linked with LAMC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMC2-to-partner and partner-to-LAMC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXW10 grouped by LAMC2-low versus LAMC2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
