LAMB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAMB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 944 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRR, SIRT1, and NKX2-6. Each is linked with LAMB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMB2-to-partner and partner-to-LAMB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRR grouped by LAMB2-low versus LAMB2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
