LAMB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,386 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUNIP, GOLGA2, and PPP2R2D. Each is linked with LAMB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMB1-to-partner and partner-to-LAMB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AUNIP grouped by LAMB1-low versus LAMB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
