LAMB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, PKC-a_pS657, and Stathmin. Each is linked with LAMB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMB1-to-partner and partner-to-LAMB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by LAMB1-low versus LAMB1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
