LAMA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,586 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMS22L, MDH1, and RACGAP1. Each is linked with LAMA5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMA5-to-partner and partner-to-LAMA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMS22L grouped by LAMA5-low versus LAMA5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
