LAMA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,583 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POSTN, SERPINH1, and AEBP1. Each is linked with LAMA4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMA4-to-partner and partner-to-LAMA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAMA4 versus POSTN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
