Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAMA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,454 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cellular response to growth factor stimulus, Regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, and Regulation of transmembrane receptor protein serine/threonine kinase signaling pathway. Each is linked with LAMA4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMA4-to-partner and partner-to-LAMA4 results are reported.
