LAMA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAMA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 489 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYDC1, AADACL3, and LARP1B. Each is linked with LAMA4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMA4-to-partner and partner-to-LAMA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DYDC1 grouped by LAMA4-low versus LAMA4-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
