LAMA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,222 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCN, LUM, and TNS2_S120. Each is linked with LAMA2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMA2-to-partner and partner-to-LAMA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
