LAMA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAMA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,677 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATD3B, BCAS2, and ARL13B. Each is linked with LAMA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMA2-to-partner and partner-to-LAMA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
