LAMA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,702 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMC1, MMP2, and P3H3. Each is linked with LAMA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMA1-to-partner and partner-to-LAMA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAMA1 versus LAMC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
