LAMA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,211 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMO, P3H4, and LAMB1. Each is linked with LAMA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMA1-to-partner and partner-to-LAMA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LAMA1 versus SMO in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
