LAMA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAMA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Cyclin-E2, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with LAMA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMA1-to-partner and partner-to-LAMA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by LAMA1-low versus LAMA1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
