LAMA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAMA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,039 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRAK1BP1, OXA1L, and NOA1. Each is linked with LAMA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAMA1-to-partner and partner-to-LAMA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRAK1BP1 grouped by LAMA1-low versus LAMA1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
