LAIR2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAIR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAIR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, p62 Lck ligand, and AR. Each is linked with LAIR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAIR2-to-partner and partner-to-LAIR2 results are reported.
