LAIR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LAIR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 530 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAIR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBARP, MIR521-2, and SERHL2. Each is linked with LAIR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAIR1-to-partner and partner-to-LAIR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBARP grouped by LAIR1-low versus LAIR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAIR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAIR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
