LAG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LAG3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 874 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LAG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCF2, E2F2, and GRB10. Each is linked with LAG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LAG3-to-partner and partner-to-LAG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ABCF2 grouped by LAG3-low versus LAG3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LAG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LAG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
