LACTB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LACTB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,189 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LACTB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF1, MTFR1, and YTHDF3. Each is linked with LACTB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LACTB2-to-partner and partner-to-LACTB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LACTB2 versus ARFGEF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LACTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LACTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
