LACTB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LACTB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 203 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LACTB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL515P, TUBB8P3, and OR11J5P. Each is linked with LACTB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LACTB2-to-partner and partner-to-LACTB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL515P grouped by LACTB2-low versus LACTB2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LACTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LACTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
