LACTB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LACTB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LACTB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PAI-1, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with LACTB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LACTB2-to-partner and partner-to-LACTB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by LACTB2-low versus LACTB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LACTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LACTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
