LACTB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LACTB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,112 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LACTB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RENBP, PLCB2, and PYCARD. Each is linked with LACTB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LACTB-to-partner and partner-to-LACTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LACTB versus RENBP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LACTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→LACTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
