LACTB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LACTB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,695 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LACTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL21R, BTK, and SELPLG. Each is linked with LACTB in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LACTB-to-partner and partner-to-LACTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LACTB versus IL21R in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LACTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→LACTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
