Across TCGA patient cohorts, LACRT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,946 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LACRT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Branching morphogenesis of an epithelial tube, Developmental cell growth, and Regulation of protein secretion. Each is linked with LACRT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LACRT-to-partner and partner-to-LACRT results are reported.
