LACRT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LACRT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LACRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SF3A2, PSMD9, and ACYP1. Each is linked with LACRT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LACRT-to-partner and partner-to-LACRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SF3A2 grouped by LACRT-low versus LACRT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LACRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→LACRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
