Across TCGA cell cohorts, LACRT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,112 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LACRT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Multi-multicellular organism process, Wax biosynthetic process, and Meiotic chromosome condensation. Each is linked with LACRT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LACRT-to-partner and partner-to-LACRT results are reported.
