Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LACC1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LACC1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher LACC1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LACC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, CESC, and SKCM are the cancer types where LACC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
