LACC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LACC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,136 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, IL21R, and LILRB1. Each is linked with LACC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LACC1-to-partner and partner-to-LACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LACC1 versus CYTH4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
