LACC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LACC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 321 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C72P, LINC01737, and RNU6-752P. Each is linked with LACC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LACC1-to-partner and partner-to-LACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6C72P grouped by LACC1-low versus LACC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
