Across TCGA cell cohorts, LACC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,088 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LACC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Multivesicular body organization, Multivesicular body assembly, and Regulation of plasma membrane organization. Each is linked with LACC1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LACC1-to-partner and partner-to-LACC1 results are reported.
